This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions for the shipment of physical products purchased through BitConfix.com. By placing an order, you agree to the policies below.
1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–7 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).
- High-demand items or pre-orders may require additional processing time; you will be notified via email.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM (UTC) on a business day may be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We partner with reliable carriers including DHL, FedEx, UPS, and local couriers depending on destination and package size.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed; delays due to customs or carrier disruptions are beyond our control.
3. Shipping Destinations
- We ship to over 50 countries worldwide.
- If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us for a custom quote.
- Shipments to remote areas, P.O. boxes, or APO/FPO addresses may incur additional fees or longer transit times.
4. International Shipping & Customs
- Duties, Taxes, and Customs Fees are the responsibility of the buyer. BitConfix.com is not responsible for any import duties, VAT, or customs clearance delays.
- We may include commercial invoices with accurate value declarations as required by law.
5. Order Tracking
- A tracking number will be provided via email once your order is shipped.
- Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
- For insured shipments, a signature will be required upon delivery.
6. Insurance & Liability
- All shipments are fully insured against loss or damage in transit.
- In the rare event of a lost or damaged package, please contact us within 7 business days of the estimated delivery date. We will file a claim with the carrier and work to resolve the issue promptly.
- Note: If you provide an incorrect shipping address, BitConfix is not liable for lost or misdelivered packages.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Inspect your package immediately upon delivery.
- If the product is damaged or incorrect, take clear photos/video and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund after verifying the claim.
9. Force Majeure
BitConfix is not liable for delays or failures caused by natural disasters, strikes, customs holds, pandemics, or other events beyond reasonable control.

Undelivered packages
- Occasionally packages are returned to us undelivered. Should this event take place every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for re-shipment. The recipient will be liable for the return costs, resending the parcel as well as any storage fees that may occur.
- Please be noted that upon delivery of the products to the carrier, it shall be deemed completion of our delivery, and the title and the risks of damage and loss of the products shall be transferred to you. This includes possible shipping fees and Chinese import tax. We do not accept any refund requests in case of failure of customs clearance.
